Native Burn

McGinty Ecological Group is onsite today March 29, 2023. They are performing a burn to  the Native prairie areas Between Manor Hill and Green Hills Court off of New Bond Rd. They expect to be done around 3pm Please keep your windows and doors shut during this time. PCA Board  appreciates your cooperation during this time.

Native area Burns are done to improve the environment of native plants . Burns are beneficial as they remove old vegetation to make room for new healthy productive growth, Helps reduce invasive species and pest as well as establishes healthy soil for the growth with nutrients to help growth of native plants.

McGinty will continue to do stewardship on the property to promote healthy growth in the native areas.
