Reservation System Information

  • Reservations can be made online using the website https://prestbury.getomnify.com or by clicking the button above.
  • Reservations made online DO NOT guarantee entry into the pool.
    • Valid/active pool ID’s, PCA-residency status / day of week attempting entry, or potential specific circumstances may limit pool entry upon arrival.
  • If you plan to bring household members or family guests with you, you must choose to Select Attendees when making your reservation (+ Add Users the first time). Once they are added to the system, they can be used on future reservations.
  • Residents can only reserve one slot per day, and can only reserve one week ahead of time.
  • You must cancel your reservation if you don’t plan to attend.
    • Cancel individual reservations online if they aren’t coming with or tell the guards when you are checking in so they can cancel those other guests. FAQ is below.
    • Cancel your entire groups’ reservations if you do not plan to attend. FAQ below.
    • No-shows impact others ability to enter the pool, and we’re asking you respect others in not leaving an unused reservation go un-cancelled. We are keeping a close eye on no-shows and will be communicating with residents as necessary.
  • We’ve created reservation system Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), which you can read below.
  • If you have issues with the reservation system, email pcasignup@prestbury.org for guidance.

Anyone found not following the rules or causing a disturbance could result in expulsion from the pool and loss of pool privileges.
  • No more than 50 guests can be in the PCA pool areas at one time. (does not include lifeguards/staff). Capacity/patterns are being monitored by the pool staff and the PCA Board.

Health and Safety Information

  • Do not go to the pool if you have felt sick in the last 48 hours.

A line will form along the sidewalk in front of the PCA office/Cheshire Club, with residents staying 6 feet away from the next person in line to allow for social distancing. Signs will be placed marking where the line should start.

  • Proper face coverings should be used. Please do not just pull your shirt up around your mouth/nose.
  • Temperature checks will be performed prior to entering the pool. Anyone exhibiting a fever (above 100.4F temperature) or COVID-19 symptoms should leave the facility. Cleaning and disinfecting will then be performed as recommended by IDPH and CDC guidelines.
  • Once in the pool area, masks are also required when not engaged in swimming activities.
  • Social distancing signs and face mask requirement signs will be posted throughout the area. Guests must follow the requirements.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet separation from others who are not in your individual group both in the water and on the deck. Please use the marked locations on the deck to help ensure proper distancing is maintained.

No lockers or water fountains will be available except to fill personal water bottles.  To save time, please shower at home before coming to the pool.  Masks must be worn when using the restrooms or filling water bottles.

We hope everyone remains safe and healthy. All policies relating to the pool’s use in 2020 were implemented consistent with current public health guidance, with what we’d learned over the course of the pool being opened, and with the health and safety of all who used or worked at our pool as the primary focus.  If we could not provide a safe environment for our residents and staff, we could not keep the pool open. To that end, we appreciated everyone’s continued cooperation in adhering to all guidelines, rules, and policies, even if we found them to be cumbersome, different, or undesirable.
