Architectural Standards

To ensure that Prestbury remains a safe and aesthetically pleasing place to live, the Prestbury Citizens’ Association has a set of architectural standards for construction of new homes; remodeling of, or additions to, existing homes; and the erection of any structure on residents’ premises

The Architectural Standards Committee reviews plans for construction, as well as the placement of amenities, on residents’ property (e.g., basketball goals and satellite dishes) to ensure that these conform to accepted standards
