Thank you for your continued patience as we complete the transition to Lake Shore Recycling for our totes and garbage/recycling pickup. We know that this transition occurred rapidly at a challenging time of the year and that several of you have open requests and we’re working on those. A significant monthly cost increase proposed by our previous service provider precipitated the Board’s action here to save our residents additional charges, so we wanted to ensure that you understood the rationale underlying the change. We anticipate that Prestbury residents will have all matters resolved in the near future.
