Rules and Regulations
These Rules and Regulations have been adopted to provide the occupants of The Townes of Prestbury Homeowners Association with a practical plan for day-to-day living in The Townes of Prestbury. Its goal is to maintain the property as a first-class Association and to provide the occupants with specific information that will be reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Board of Directors.
