Architectural Application
No change to any building exterior will be allowed. This includes foundations, sidewalks, entrance walks and driveways. An exception will be patios and decks, which will be separate from the basic building. All construction projects require a permit from Sugar Grove or Kane County.
The Committee shall have the right
to review all such plans and specifications and to accept or reject the same
if, in the opinion of the Committee, they are not suitable or desirable for aesthetic
or other reasons as set forth herein. Such plans and specifications shall be
either approved or disapproved in accordance with the review procedures
outlined herein. The Architectural Committee and Board of Directors will approve or disapprove and issue
a Notice of Decision document based on compliance with these Guidelines
and Standards.
