The last meeting of the Prestbury Fishing club was held on 21 March 2005.
In attendance were George Hauser, President; Marv Doty; Steve Keierleber;
and Tom Dornback

It appears like there was no fish kill this winter, other than Shad.
Therefore it was decided not to purchase any new game fish or minnows this
spring for either LakePrestbury or BlackberryLake.

A lake clean up effort was encouraged for all club members and Prestbury
residents. A good deal of trash has accumulated along the shorelines.

A carp-a-thon will be held on May 7 at 10am. All Prestbury residents,
relatives, and friends are invited to help us remove as many carp as
possible from LakePrestbury. The Fishing Club will be offering prizes for
the Largest, the smallest and the most Carp caught by any individual.

George Hausersaid he would re-investigate the possible addition of an
aerator to the center of LakePrestburybefore next winters freeze.

The Prestbury Fishing Club received a $75 donation from the Prestbury Yacht
Club. The donation was very much appreciated.
