We want to thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation as we moved in to our new pool operations process.  After the first successful week of the pool re-opening, we are making a change to the operating policy and offering some reminders and guidance to manage the reservation process:

Policy Change:

  • Prestbury residents can now bring non-PCA family members to the pool on weekdays only. (Not Saturday or Sunday)
    • We ask the you use the honor system although it will be monitored closely.
    • Non-PCA family members names must still be added to your online reservation.

 Recommendations and reminders from our first week of operations:

  • Masks can be taken off when sitting at your deck location.
    • They should be worn any time you are moving around, except when entering/exiting the pool.
  • Proper face coverings should be used.
    • Please do not just pull your shirt up around your mouth/nose.
  • If you have issues with the reservation system, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for assistance.
  • Please add all people you plan to bring to the pool to your online reservation.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you need to perform the cancellation for each person you had scheduled for the visit.
    • Pull down the user name list from the top of the My Schedules page, to cancel each reservation.
  • You must cancel your reservation if you don’t plan to attend.
    • Cancel individual reservations online if you aren’t coming or tell the guards when you are checking in so they can cancel you.
    • Cancel your entire groups’ reservations if you and group do not plan to attend.

We have experienced a lot of no-shows which impacts the ability to allow other residents to attend the pool. We expect the pool to be fuller in the near future especially with non-PCA family members now allowed to attend. Better reservation management online will help us accommodate more residents who want to enjoy the pool. We are keeping a close eye on no-shows and will be communicating with residents as necessary.
